Established in 1935, Camp Kweebec has been providing children with unforgettable summer experiences for more than 75 years. Kweebec's long history is rich with tradition that we are proud to be able to pass on to our campers today.
From our "Little Pal-Big Pal" and "Little Sister-Big Sister" programs, to our weekly campfires, traditional Color War, right down to the songs that echo throughout our dining hall, Kweebec campers feel a part of our traditions from the moment they step through our gates. We believe overnight camp provides a wonderful experience for kids, and thousands of children have been associated with Kweebec. The personality of camp today is the result of all of the children and staff that have passed through it over the years. While we are always updating our facility and our program to insure our campers the best possible camp experience, it is the character of Kweebec, built by our campers, alumni/ae, and staff over the last 75 years that makes us truly unique. As the sign at the entrance of camp says, "Welcome Home."
For more than 40 years Les and Maddy Weiser have served as the active owners and directors of Camp Kweebec. Together they have been caring for your children as if they were their own and have shaped camp into the safe, warm, fun environment that it is today. Rachel Weiser-Weisman and Josh Weiser serve as the Associate Directors for Camp Kweebec, each contributing not only their passion for camp, but also a desire to carry on the wonderful traditions of Kweebec for generations to come.
